Our mission is to provide quality hearing aid repairs directly to you - the hearing aid user.

When you send your hearing aid in to Hearing Haven for repair, there is no middle man between you and the hearing aid repair lab. You can have direct communications with us, and be assured that your hearing aid is in professional hands.

Your satisfaction is our number one goal when we service your hearing aid. If you are not satisfied with our repairs for any reason, we will work with you to correct the situation.

If we are unable to repair your hearing aid to the quality that you expect, we will refund the repair charge.

The owner and employees of Hearing Haven believe in trust, honesty, and excellence, and these are the principles that drive our company.

Hearing Aid Repairs

We charge $175 for repairs, and we do not pressure you to buy a new hearing aid, even if it is 20 years old.

Our standard repair charge covers all repairs needed, including replacement of defective parts with brand new, matching parts.

Brands And Styles We Repair

We repair all brands, styles, and types of hearing aids.

The owner and founder of Hearing Haven has operated an all make hearing aid repair lab since 1989, and worked for a large hearing aid company prior to that.

There are far too many brands and models to list here, but chances are, we have already repaired many of your particular brand, model, and style.

Warranty

The only charge for an in warranty repair is return shipping.

Our repairs, remakes, and cloned hearing aids are all covered with a 12 month repair warranty. This warranty covers any component failures that cause the hearing aid to stop working correctly.

In the case of a component failure we will replace the defective part with a brand new, matching component, and restore your hearing aid to good working order.

If we repair your hearing aid, the electronic components of your hearing aid are covered for repair work for one year.

If we remake your hearing aid shell, the hearing aid is covered for both the electronic components, and the fit of the shell for one year.

What this warranty does not cover is loss of the hearing aid, or physical damage, such as being stepped on, or chewed on by a pet. It does not cover misuse or abuse, such as opening a battery door too far and physically breaking the hearing aid. We will work with you in such cases to try and get the broken part repaired at minimum cost.

If for some reason a hearing aid becomes un-repairable during the time that it is under warranty with us, such as parts are no longer available to us, we will refund the amount originally paid for the repair or remake.

We realize that hearing aids do break down for a variety of reasons, and we strive to get them repaired and back to you in a minimum of time. Rather than looking for an excuse to not cover an aid under warranty, we try our best to cover any problems you have under the 12 month warranty. We pledge to work with you, and to try our best to keep your hearing aid working. Your hearing well is important to us.

Our Technicians

Our repair technicians have many years experience with multiple brands, and have been factory trained. Every Hearing Haven technician is paid a well-deserved hourly rate - not "piece work" - so they can spend more time on your hearing aid for a proper repair.
