If you have lost a hearing aid, contact us for a quote on a replacement aid. You may be able to get your hearing aid replaced for considerably less than what you originally paid.
Please supply as much information as possible, such as, the brand and model of your hearing aid, battery size, and serial numbers.

- Type (Behind the ear, In the ear, CIC, etc.)
- Was it analog or digital?
- What was the battery size?
- Did it have a volume control?
- What was the year of purchase?
