Using A Local Resound Dealer
You can take it to a local Resound hearing aid dealer or audiologist. If it is just plugged with wax or a simple problem, they may be able to fix it. If they cannot repair it there, they will either talk to you about buying a new hearing aid or suggest sending it off for repair.
They may send it back to Resound for repair. Sometimes this is the best solution, however, it is usually the highest cost, and also the slowest option.
Another problem that many Resound users run into is that Resound may not repair their own hearing aids if they are more than just a few years old.
Your local Resound dealer may send it to an independent all-make hearing aid repair lab. This can be good or bad, depending on what lab they use.
